Start By:
- Remove the hydraulic accumulator (boom, hook).

The accumulator is filled with dry nitrogen. Sudden release of nitrogen pressure can cause personal injury. To avoid personal injury, release the nitrogen pressure from the accumulator before disassembly. |
- Refer to Special Instruction, REHS5464, "Accumulator Discharging and Charging Procedures" for the correct procedure to release the nitrogen from the accumulator.

- Remove accumulator charging valve (4) and the O-ring seal.
