Pump Performance (Brake) - Test

这项测试用于确定泵是否在其设计参数范围内工作。
对于任何泵测试，如果泵在相同转速下运行，在压力为 690 kPa (100 psi) 时的泵流量比在压力为 6900 kPa (1000 psi) 时的流量要大。 泵流量的测量单位是 L/min（US gpm）。
两个工作压力下泵流量的差值即为流量损失。

试验台试验
如果可在 6900 kPa (1000 psi) 和泵的全转速下进行试验台测试，则使用表 5 中的公式 1 确定流量损失的百分比。
如果不能在 6900 kPa (1000 psi)或泵的全转速下进行试验台测试，则以 1000 rpm 的转速运转泵轴。
测量 690 kPa (100 psi) 和 6900 kPa (1000 psi) 时的泵流量。 将这些值用在表 6 中公式 2 的上半部分中。
对于公式的下半部分，以 2000 rpm 的转速运转泵轴。 测量 690 kPa (100 psi) 时的泵流量。
