注: 在执行此程序前,需释放转向系统和制动系统的压力。 并且确保已经安装转向机架锁。

(1) 远程测压口

(2) 前部行车制动器压力端口

(3) 行车制动器压力端口

远程测压口 (1) 位于驾驶室后面。

  1. 拆下前部行车制动器的压力端口 (2) 上的保护盖。 安装一个 0 至 13800 kPa (0 至 2000 psi) 压力表。

  1. 检查压力表。 在起动发动机之前,油压必须处于 0 kPa (0 psi)。

  1. 起动发动机,使液压油达到正常工作压力和温度。

  1. 踩下任一制动踏板,并观察压力表。 正确的制动压力为 4310 ± 350 kPa (625 ± 50 psi)。

  1. 如果制动压力超出了技术规范,但前部制动蓄能器的压力符合技术规范,请检修行车制动器控制阀。

  1. 在后部行车制动器的压力端 (3) 处重复此步骤。

    注: 后部行车制动器的压力应比前部行车制动器的压力高出约 210 kPa (30 psi)。

注: 检查前部行车制动器压力和后部行车制动器压力的压力端口也位于接近每个轴壳体顶部的机架内。
