(1) 后制动蓄能器和停车制动器控制阀的压力端口 |
- 将一条液压软管和一个 0 到 28000 kPa (0 到 4000 psi) 压力表安装到压力端口 (1) 上。
- 起动发动机,并使蓄能器油压增大到接入压力。
注: 当发动机运转时,蓄能器油压将断续增大到约 13790 kPa (2000 psi)。
- 推入停车制动器控制手柄,并关停发动机。
- 反复踩下制动踏板,直到停车制动器控制手柄自动移出到达接合位置。
- 观察压力表上的压力读数。 自动接合停车制动器的正确液压油压应低于6035 ± 515 kPa (875 ± 75 psi)。
- 如果压力表上的读数不正确,则停车制动器控制阀的运行有问题。
观察停车制动器控制阀是否有磨损或损坏的零部件。 如果有零部件磨损或损坏,需更换停车制动器控制阀。
- 卸下测试设备。
