Piston Pump (Steering) - Install
Installation Procedure
Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.
- Attach a suitable lifting device to piston pump (4). The weight of piston pump (4) is approximately 227 kg (500 lb). Install piston pump (4). Install bolts (5).

- Connect hose assemblies (3) and (2) .

- Repeat for the remaining piston pump.
- Connect hose assemblies (1) .

- Install the steering and the brake hydraulic tank. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hydraulic Tank (Steering, Brake) - Install".
- Install the brake cooling hydraulic tank. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hydraulic Tank (Brake Cooling) - Install".
