Installation Procedure

Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

1. Install bulldozer control valve (3) to the original location. The weight of bulldozer control valve (3) is 25 kg (55 lb). Install bolts (5). Install spacer (7) and connect tube assembly (8). Install pin (6) and the cotter pins.

2. Connect hose assembly (4) to bulldozer control valve (3) .

3. Install cover assembly (2) and install the bolts that hold the cover assembly in place.

4. Close door assembly (1) .

   Note: Refer to the Operation And Maintenance Manual for all fluid capacities and the proper filling procedures.
