Installation Procedure

Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

1. Use the lifting device in order to put the angle cylinder into position on the machine.

2. Install pins (4) and the retainers.

3. Install hydraulic hose assemblies (3) on the angle cylinder.

4. Install guard assembly (2) and bolts (1) .

5. Fill the hydraulic oil tank with oil to the proper level. Refer to the appropriate Operation and Maintenance Manual for the correct procedure.
