Lift Kickout Positioner - Adjust

Usage:

950G 2JS

Lift Kickout

Note: The bucket must be above the midway point in order to set the lift kickout position. The bucket must be below the midway point in order to set the lower kickout position.

  1. Start the engine and raise the bucket to the desired height. Push the lift kickout switch in order to adjust the lift kickout height.

  1. Lower the bucket to the desired height. To adjust the lower kickout to the desired height, push the set switch for the lift kickout.

  1. To check the adjustment of the lift kickout, move the lift control lever to the RAISE detent position.

    When the bucket reaches the preset height, the lift control lever should return to the HOLD position.

  1. To check the adjustment of the lower kickout, move the lift control lever to the LOWER detent position.

    When the bucket reaches the preset height, the lift control lever should return to the HOLD position.

  1. The position of the lift arm is sent to the control module by the rotary position sensor. If the Kickout position is incorrect, the Rotary Position Sensor may require adjustment.
