Assembly Procedure (Direct Drive)

Keep all parts clean from contaminants. Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life. |
Note: Check the condition of all seals and of all components. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.
- Install seal (36) .

- Install brake pad (34) to the clutch housing.

- Install plate (31) to the clutch housing.

- Install seal (28) and bearing (29) to the manifold assembly.

- Install bearing (23) to the manifold assembly.

- Install five plugs (24) and the O-rings to the manifold assembly.
- Install pin (22) in bearing (23) .

- Repeat Steps 22 through 27 in order to install the remaining clutch plates and clutch discs.
- Install bearing (6) to plate assembly (3) .
