- 将盖 (8) 和密封垫（未显示）放置到位。 安装螺栓 (7) 并用手拧紧。 将螺栓 (7) 拧紧至扭矩为 25 ± 6 N·m (18 ± 4 lb ft)。 将螺栓 (7) 拧紧到 47 ± 9 N·m (35 ± 6 lb ft) 的最终扭矩。 对所有其他盖重复此步骤。

- 将压缩机壳体 (5) 和涡轮壳体 (1) 放置到涡轮增压器芯 (3) 上。
- 拧紧 V 形带箍 (2) 上的螺母至扭矩为 17 ± 1 N·m (124 ± 9 lb in)。 用软面锤轻轻敲击卡箍直径周围区域。 将螺母重新上紧到 17 ± 1 N·m (124 ± 9 lb ft) 的扭矩。
注: 确保配合面平整。
- 拧紧 V 形带箍 (4) 上的螺母至扭矩为 17 ± 1 N·m (124 ± 9 lb in)。 用软面锤轻轻敲击卡箍直径周围区域。 将螺母重新上紧到 17 ± 1 N·m (124 ± 9 lb ft) 的扭矩。
- 确保叶轮可以自由旋转。
- 将软管 (6) 连接到压缩机壳体上。
