Assembly Procedure

1. Clean the core of engine oil cooler (1) with a 3.2 mm (0.125 inch) diameter rod.

2. Install two O-ring seals (2) in position on elbows (3).

3. Install two elbows (3) on the engine oil cooler.

4. Install a new gasket (4) on bonnet (5).

5. Use four bolts in order to install bonnet (5).

End By:

1. Install the engine oil cooler. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Engine Oil Cooler - Install" for the engine that is being serviced.
