Removal Procedure

1. Remove drive belt (1) .

2. Attach a suitable lifting device to crankshaft vibration damper and pulley (2) . The weight of crankshaft vibration damper and pulley (2) is approximately 45 kg (100 lb). Remove bolts (3) .

3. Remove crankshaft vibration damper and pulley (2) .

1. Attach a suitable lifting device to crankshaft vibration damper and pulley (2) . The weight of crankshaft vibration damper and pulley (2) is approximately 45 kg (100 lb). Position crankshaft vibration damper and pulley (2) on the crankshaft.

2. Install bolts (3) .

3. Install drive belt (1) .
