(2) Primary fuel filter base

(3) Tighten the bolt to the following torque: ... 27 ± 8 N·m (20 ± 6 lb ft)

(4) Stud

Apply 9S-3263 Thread Lock Compound on the taperlock end of the stud to the following length 7.6 mm (0.30 inch). Tighten the stud to the following torque 70 ± 15 N·m (52 ± 11 lb ft).
