Pinion Clearance - Adjust
电磁阀在起动马达上的位置控制小齿轮的间隙。 如果电磁阀的位置正确的话，小齿轮间隙也是正确的。 进行下述程序来调整电磁阀位置。

- 检查中间壳体 (1) 与电磁阀安装托架 (2) 之间的距离 (X) 。 使用卡尺来检查距离 (X) 。
(X) 距离 ... 62.05 ± 0.35 mm (2.443 ± 0.014 in)
- 如果距离 (X) 不正确的话，松开螺栓 (3) ，移动电磁阀直到距离 (X) 正确为止。 电磁阀安装托架 (2) 有长形螺栓孔。
- 正确调整之后，拧紧螺栓 (3) 至拧紧为 12 ± 3 N·m (9 ± 2 lb ft)。
