The standard track rollers can leak during severe applications. The leakage of oil past the metal face seals leads to a track roller that is not lubricated. If the nonlubricated roller goes for a long period of time without becoming detected, the track roller will fail.

This issue can be addressed with an optional single or double flange track roller group that is heavy-duty. The part numbers for the new heavy-duty track rollers are listed below in Table 1:
