The Filter/Fluid Information Message On The Operator Monitor May Not Display Correctly On Certain Excavators

Usage:

EXCAVATORS320C (AMC100-105, AMC107-112, AMC114-118, AMC120, AMC123-133, AMC136-142, AMC144-175, AMC177),
320C L (ANB121-373, ANB375-379, ANB381-392, ANB395-398, ANB410) EXCAVATORS

Problem:

The operator monitor may continuously display zero hours when the Filter/Fluid Information (FLTR/FLUID INFO) selection is activated at the main menu. The condition exists on certain machines that were shipped before the problem was corrected.

Solution:

If the operator monitor displays zero hours when the FLTR/FLUID INFO is selected, download new software from SIS (Service Information System) Web and flash the new software into the standard Electronic Control Module (ECM). The new 191-6922 Electronic Software is available on SIS Web. Refer to the service manual that is appropriate for your machine for the procedure to download and flash the new software.

Machines that are configured with the Electronic Technician (ET) Version of 3.1 or later will correctly display the FLTR/FLUID INFO.
