Modification To The Hydraulic Hose Assembly In The Pilot Lines Group Increases Durability

Usage:

EXCAVATORS345B (6XS, 6MW, 8KW),
345B L (4SS, 5WS, 7KS, 9GS, 2NW, 2SW, 8RW, 9CW, BFG) EXCAVATORS

Problem:

Interference between the hydraulic hose assembly and the hose clamp may create unacceptable wear to the hose assembly. The hydraulic hose assembly connects the main hydraulic pump to the pilot filter in the pilot lines group.

Solution:

The addition of new components and a modification to the hose guard will decrease the wear between the hose assembly and the hose clamp. If the 143-4332 Hose Assembly fails or exhibits unacceptable wear, modify the hose assembly and install the clamps as shown in the illustrations.
