Exception: If the repair is done after failure, use "PI32598" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code. |

PROBLEM
The existing 7X-2555 Bolt may become loose and/or broken on the swing bearing, at low hours, on certain 305.5E and 306E Mini Hydraulic Excavators. The loose and/or broken bolts will result in noisy operation from the bearing area during swing function. Continued use may result in resultant damage to the bearing. |

Perform M0067490, Special Instruction, "Inspection and Rework Procedure for Swing Bearing Bolted Joint on Certain 305.5E and 306E Mini Hydraulic Excavators", for inspecting and/or reworking the swing bearing bolted joint. |
