Problem
Dealer Service Portal (DSP) dashboard will show many assets without the device type populated. Those assets are already subscribed and need not to be in that queue. DSP is showing duplicate asset details where one line item is with the product ID and the other is with device serial number which are tied to the same asset information and can be noticed in asset population User Interface (UI) and export. This results in data mismatch, when assets that are shown as available for subscription or subscribed in the dashboard do not match the criteria when exported out of asset population tab.
Solution
Caterpillar is aware of this problem, but an interim repair has not been defined. Engineering teams are working to find resolution by adding the feature, cross-check functionality prior to displaying data on the dashboard.
