Reference: Refer to Special Instruction, M0096197, Procedure to Install Extension Support Groups on Certain Asphalt Pavers and Asphalt Screeds.
The new support group is being introduced in to the existing wide width package. The new support group includes support braces and mounting hardware to provide an extra rigidity and support to extension packages. The improved rigidity to the structure improves the mat quality in wide width paving applications.
