开始:
- 拆下转速传感器（牵引力控制）
- 拆下前挡泥板。
- 将蓄电池断路开关转到断开位置。
- 接合停车制动器。 塞住前轮胎。
- 利用工具 (A) 升起机器前部。 机器应当升起足够的高度，以便于前轮胎的拆卸。

- 将工具 (C) 定位到机器中心位置的下方，用作附加支撑。

- 断开前驱动轴 (1) 。

- 将适当起吊设备连接至支架 (13) 。 托架 (13) 的重量约为 35 kg (75 lb)。 拆下下部螺栓 (12) 后拆下托架 (13) 。

- 将工具 (B) 和适当的起吊设备固定到前桥组件 (20) 上。 前桥组件 (20) 的重量约为 1925 kg (4244 lb)。 利用适当的起吊设备撑住前桥组件 (20) 的重量。

- 拆下螺母 (17) 、垫圈 (15) 和销组件 (16) 。 将悬架油缸 (14) 放到一边。 对另一侧重复上述步骤。 将前悬架 (18) 落到工具 (D) 上。 拆下螺栓 (19) 后将前桥组件从机器上落下。
安装步骤
- 按与拆卸相反的顺序安装前桥组件 (20) 。
