Track Roller - Disassemble
Disassembly Procedure
- Remove plug (3) from both ends of roller assembly (1) .

- Remove roll pin (2) from track roller assembly (1) .
- Place track roller assembly (1) onto a press.

- Press shaft (4) downward until collar (5) can be removed.
- Retract the press and remove collar (5) .
- Continue to press onto shaft (4) until free from roller (1) .

- Remove duo-cone seal (6) from roller (1) .
