Keep all parts clean from contaminants.

Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.


Note: Inspect the O-ring seals, the seals, and the gaskets. Replace the O-ring seals, the seals, and the gaskets that are worn or damaged.

Note: Lubricate the O-ring seals lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.

  1. Use Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device in order to install oil filter and base (3). The weight of oil filter and base (3) is approximately 32 kg (70 lb). Install bolts (6).

  2. Connect elbow (5). Connect tube assembly (4).

  3. Connect harness assembly (2). Install bolts (1).

  4. Fill the hydraulic tank. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hoist, Torque Converter and Brake Tank Oil - Change"

End By:

  1. Remove the wheel chocks. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Wheel Chock (Front and Rear) - Remove and Install".
