Calibration of Implements Must Be Performed When Bulldozer Blade Assembly Is Installed on 836H Landfill Compactor and 834H Wheel Dozer{5051, 5078, 5705, 5736, 5737, 7610}

Usage:

834H BTX
Landfill Compactor:
836H (S/N: BXD1-UP)
Wheel Dozer:
834H (S/N: BTX1-UP)

Introduction

The problem that is identified in this bulletin has a permanent solution. The permanent solution is identified below.

Problem

Implement system problems have been reported on machines at early machine hours which are corrected by calibrating the implement system.

Solution

834H Wheel Dozer and 836H Landfill Compactor blade assembly are not installed at the factory. The dealer is responsible for calibrating the implements of a machine that is shipped from the factory that are not installed at the factory. Failure to calibrate the implement system may cause the machine not to function properly. Refer to the Testing and Adjusting Manual reference below for information on calibrating the implements.
