Assembly Procedure

Note: Inspect the O-ring seals, the seals, and the gaskets. Replace the O-ring seals, the seals, and the gaskets that are worn or damaged.

Note: Lubricate the O-ring seals lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.

5. Install O-ring seal (8) onto retainer (7).

6. Install retainer (7). Install nut (6). Tighten nut (6) to a torque of 15.0 ± 5.4 N·m (11 ± 4 lb ft).

   Improper assembly of parts that are spring loaded can cause bodily injury. To prevent possible injury, follow the established assembly procedure and wear protective equipment.

8. Install spring (4).

9. Install spool (3).

10. Install switch (2). Tighten switch (2) to a torque of 80 ± 10 N·m (59 ± 7 lb ft).

11. Install bracket (1).
