Note: Inspect the O-ring seals, the seals, and the gaskets. Replace the O-ring seals, the seals, and the gaskets that are worn or damaged.
Note: Lubricate the O-ring seals lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.
- Use Tooling (A) to install bearings (21).
Note: Countersink bearings (21) to a depth of
1.5 ± .025 mm (0.059 ± 0.001 inch) .Note: The joint of bearings (21) should be located 15 degrees to 30 degrees from the centerline of the body assembly.

Note: The gear pump must rotate freely.
