Note: Before assembly, apply clean 5P-0960 Grease Cartridge to the threads.

(2) Diameter of the piston ... 75.70 ± 0.03 mm (2.980 ± 0.001 inch)

(3) Inside diameter of the cylinder ... 76.2 mm (3.00 inch)

(4) Diameter of the rod ... 38.1 mm (1.50 inch)

(5) Torque for the head ... 600 ± 130 N·m (445 ± 95 lb ft)

Note: Before assembly, apply clean 5P-0960 Grease Cartridge to the threads.

(6) Before assembly, lubricate the sealing lips with the fluid that is being sealed. Before assembly, apply sealant to the groove of the wiper seal.
