Usage:
914G (7ZM, 9WM) Wheel Loaders IT14G (8ZM, 1WN) Intergrated Toolcarriers.
Description of Change:
Bank Valve And Tube Assembly Replacement
The chart above shows the new bank valves (implement control) that have replaced the former bank valves (implement control) on the 914G Wheel Loaders and the IT14G Integrated Toolcarriers in all of the hydraulic mounting and valve groups listed. The new bank valves (implement control) have a new outlet housing. The new outlet housing restricts oil returning to the tank which improves the operation operation of the make up valve. This will prevent the rod end of the lift cylinder from becoming void of oil when a heavy load is being lowered. A new tube assembly is also being released.
Adaptable To: The new bank valves (implement control) are adaptable to the 914G Wheel Loaders and IT14G Integrated Toolcarriers back to the first production units.
The new tube assemblies listed supercede the former tube assemblies. The new tube assemblies become effective with the new bank valves (implement control) as stated in the "New Bank Valves (Implement Control) Effectivity" at the end of this article.
Replace the former parts with the new parts as stated in the two above charts.
Bank Valve Conversions
The former bank valves (implement control) for the 914G Wheel Loaders and the IT14G Integrated Toolcarriers can be converted to the new bank valves (implement control). The new tube assemblies listed in the two adaption charts are part of the parent groups (hydraulic mounting and valve groups) listed in the "New Bank Valves (Implement Control)" chart. The new tube assemblies supercede the former tube assemblies in all of the hydraulic mounting and valve groups listed. Conversion instructions are as follows.

Manufacturing Effectivity
The new bank valves (implement control) were used in production with the following serial numbers.
