Auxiliary Equipment Mounting Location Now Provided{1408}

Usage:


24H (7KK) Motor Graders

Reference: Service Manual Module; SEBU6907-01; Operation & Maintenance Manual; 24H Motor Grader

Description of Change: A convenient mounting location is now provided for auxiliary equipment. The new bracket is located under the plastic cover on the right side of the cab. To avoid damaging the wiring, remove the bracket to make modifications. Also ensure that any bolts or screws added to the bracket do not contact the wires.

Adaptable To: The new 152-2675 Bracket is effective with 24H (7KK61) Motor Grader and is adaptable to all earlier machines.

Parts Needed

1. Remove 117-2104 Cover (A).

2. To avoid damage to wiring (B), make modifications to 152-2675 Bracket (C) and 117-2104 Cover (A) before installation.

3. Install 152-2675 Bracket (C) and 117-2104 Cover (A) using existing screws.


NOTICE

Do not drill or weld on the ROPS structure. Refer to SEBU6907-01; Operation & Maintenance Manual for further details on the ROPS structure.



NOTICE

When installing auxiliary equipment that require 12 volts, refer to SEBU6907-01; Operation & Maintenance Manual for the location of the 24 to 12 volt converter.
