开始:
- 拆下缸盖。 请参阅拆解和组装, "缸盖 - 拆卸"。
- 拆下活塞冷却喷嘴。 请参阅拆解和组装, "活塞冷却喷嘴 - 拆卸和安装"。

- 用工具 (A)转动曲轴，直至可以拆下螺栓 (1)。
- 从缸套内表面顶部开始清除积碳凸起。
- 检查连杆和连杆盖上的识别标记是否正确。 连杆和连杆盖侧面应该有蚀刻的编号。 该编号必须与气缸号一致。 如有必要，标记连杆和连杆盖。
注: 请勿压印连杆组件。
- 拆下螺栓 (1) 和连杆盖 (2)。 推动连杆直到活塞环脱出缸套。
- 将活塞和连杆从缸套中拆下。
注: 在拆卸活塞和连杆期间，小心不要损坏缸套或曲轴轴颈。
