Service Magazine SEPD1701, 27 November 2013, "A New Aftercooler Core Assembly Is Used on Certain 797 and 797B Off-Highway Truck Engines". Disregard the previous article, the serial number S/N:NPM
has been added.

Description of Change: The new aftercooler core assembly has an increased water fin density for increased durability.

Adaptable To: The new 426-0987 Aftercooler Core As replaces the existing 335-8873 Aftercooler Core As. The new aftercooler core assembly is adaptable back to first production on the serial number listed above.

This change is effective for the serial numbers listed in Table 1.
