  1. Use two people to install radiator (20). The weight of radiator (20) is approximately 27 kg (60 lb).

  2. Install radiator (20), bolts (29), and bolts (30).

  3. Use two people to install aftercooler (22). The weight of aftercooler (22) is approximately 39 kg (86 lb).

  4. Install aftercooler (22), bolts (27), and bolts (28).

  5. Position support assembly (21) and install bolts (24) and bolts (25) in aftercooler assembly (22).

  6. Install bolts (23) and bolts (26) in radiator assembly (20).

  7. Position shroud assembly (19) and install bolts (18).

  8. Position fuel cooler assembly (17) and Install bolt (16).

  9. Install nuts (13).

  10. Install hose (15) and clamp (14).

  11. Install O-ring seal (12) on radiator top tank (5).

  12. Install cap (11) and clamp (10) on radiator top tank (5).

  13. Apply Tooling (A) on O-ring seal (12) before installing radiator top tank (5).

  14. Position radiator top tank (5) and install bolts (9) and bolts (8).

  15. Install hose (7) and clamp (6).

  16. Position shroud assembly (2) and install bolts (1).

  17. Install hose (4) and radiator cap assembly (3).

End By:

  1. Install the radiator and aftercooler.
