Wiring Harness (Open Circuit) - Test
断路或短路导线经常导致电气故障。
开路 - 导致电流不流动的电路故障。 断路可由导线故障或连接不良引起。
注: 正常闭合的电路中的电阻将小于 5 Ω。
测试是否存在断路
- 识别可疑电路的接头和导线编号。
- 切断钥匙开关和断路开关。
- 从线束上断开部件和电子控制模块（ECM）。
- 在一个断开的线束连接上，将一根跨接导线连在可疑导线的触点与机架接地之间。
- 在另一个线束接头上，使用万用表表笔测量可疑导线的触点与机架接地之间的电阻。
如果电阻小于 5 Ω，则电路正常。
如果电阻大于等于 5.0 Ω，则电路断路。 修理或更换线束。
