- 利用适当的起吊设备和工具 (B) 安装车桥壳体 (13) 。 利用工具 (A) 支撑车桥壳体 (13) 。 车桥壳体 (13) 的重量约为 88 kg (195 lb)。

- 利用工具 (A) 支撑车桥法兰。
- 安装工具 (D) ，如图所示。 将螺栓装入工具 (D) 的中心孔中。 利用扭矩扳手检查滚动扭矩。 记录滚动扭矩。 这便是密封阻力大小。

- 使用工具 (C) 拧紧螺母 (11) 。 将螺母 (11) 上紧至 3 N·m 到 8 N·m (2 lb ft 到 6 lb ft) 的滚动扭矩。 用过轴承的滚动扭矩应当为 1.5 N·m 到 2 N·m (1.1 lb ft 到 1.4 lb ft)。 从中减去步骤 10 中记录的密封阻力大小。
- 将轴承 (10) 装入齿轮 (8) 中。

注: 销孔间必须相隔 180 度。 销孔必须与行星齿轮架平台面平行。 请参看图 9。
- 安装轴 (7) 。
- 安装两个销 (6) 。
- 利用凿子将销孔略微敲打变形，如图所示。 尺寸 AA 为 1.5mm。
- 对其余两个齿轮组件重复步骤 12 到 16。
- 利用工具 (B) 和适当的起吊设备安装托架组件 (5) 。 托架组件 (5) 的重量约为 28 kg (62 lb)。

- 清洁车桥壳体 (3) 的配合面，并涂抹一层连续的工具 (F) 。

- 利用适当的起吊设备安装车桥壳体组件 (1) 。 安装 12 条螺栓 (2) 和垫圈。 将螺栓 (2) 上紧到 300 ± 40 N·m (222 ± 30 lb ft) 的扭矩。 车桥壳体组件 (1) 的重量约为 136.0 kg (300 lb)。
