Radiator Screen - Clean

Usage:

TH82 3JN

Radiator screen (1) is attached to the rear of radiator core (2).

  1. Park the machine on a level surface and engage the parking brake.

  2. Fully retract and fully lower the boom.

  3. Shut off the engine.

  4. Raise the engine enclosure.

  5. Remove the radiator screen in order to clean the screen.

  6. Disengage the two flexible catches (3) on the top of the radiator.

  7. Tilt the top of the screen away from the radiator. Lift the screen off the two locating tabs (4) that are attached to the bottom of the radiator.

  8. Use compressed air or high pressure water to clean the radiator screen.

  9. Locate the bottom of the radiator screen on the two locating tabs (4).

  10. Engage the two flexible catches (3) into the holding brackets on the top of the radiator screen in order to secure the screen.
