Power Actuator (Power Train Guard) - Remove and Install
Start By:
- Connect the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".
- Remove four bolts (1) and the washers.

Illustration 3 g00751274 - Use toggle switch (3) in order to lower the power train guard. Place a suitable floor jack under the power train guard in order to support the weight of the power train guard.

- Remove guard (6).

- Remove guard (8).

- Cut two wire ties (12) and disconnect electrical connector (11).
- Carefully remove power actuator (10).

- Carefully install power actuator (10). Install pin (9) and the cotter pin.
- Connect electrical connector (11). Install two wire ties (12).

- Install three bolts (7) and the washers.
