1. Support the cab with a suitable lifting device. Open the two rear windows and run the lifting device through the cab. Use the front hand rails for the front lifting point.

2. Place the cab in position. The weight of the cab is 816 kg (1800 lb). Note the location of washers in the disassembly procedure.

3. If equipped, connect the gearshift linkage and the differential lock linkage at this time.

4. Install the bolt and nut (60) and (61) .

5. Repeat Step 4 for the opposite side.

6. Use bolt (59) in order to install the cable.

   Note: Position the brake reservoir to the machine. Install the bolt in order to secure the brake reservoir.

End By:

1. Install the rear tires. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Tire and Rim (Rear) - Remove and Install".
2. Install the air cleaner. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Air Cleaner - Remove and Install".
3. Install the muffler. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Muffler - Remove and Install".
4. Install the hood. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hood - Remove and Install".
5. Install the Floorplates. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Floorplates - Remove and Install".
6. Install the seat. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Seat - Install".
7. Check the hydraulic oil level. Refer to Operation and MaintenanceSEBU7398, "Capacities" for the proper capacity.
8. Evacuate the air conditioner system. Charge the air conditioner system. The correct charge is 2.5 kg (5.5 lb). Refer to Service ManualSENR5664"Air Conditioning and Heating Systems with R-134a Refrigerant" for the correct procedure. Refer to Special PublicationNEDG5065"Air Conditioning Tools" for the correct tools.
9. Adjust the parking brake. Refer to Testing and AdjustingRENR3577, "Parking Brake Control - Adjust".
