CID 0298 FMI 02 Incorrect Service Brake Pedal Switch inputs
Conditions Which Generate This Code:
The ECM detects one of the following conditions:
- Both the RH Service Brake Switch (NO) and the RH Service Brake Switch (NC) have a reading of 11.5 ± 0.5 VDC.
- Both the RH Service Brake Switch (NO) and the RH Service Brake Switch (NC) have a reading of less than 0.5 VDC.
System Response:
The ECM will log the diagnostic code. The diagnostic code may be viewed on a display module or on ET. The throttle lock feature is disabled.
Possible Performance Effect:
- The throttle lock will not be available.
