Pump drive (6) is connected to the engine flywheel. Rear power train pump (7), Front power train pump (10), and the implement pump are mounted on pump drive (6) .
Rear power train pump (7) supplies oil flow to the hydrostatic drive loop for rear travel motors (5). Front power train pump (10) supplies oil flow to the hydrostatic drive loop for front travel motors (14) .
The operation of the front drive loop and the operation of the rear drive loop is identical. Each hydrostatic drive loop is a closed loop circuit.
The front drive loop consists of the following components.
- Front power train pump (10)
- Front travel motors (5)
- All wheel drive solenoid valve (1)
- All wheel drive valve (9)
- Neutralizer valve solenoid (4)
- Front differential lock valve (12)
The rear drive loop consists of the following components.
- Rear power train pump (7)
- Rear travel motors (14)
- Rear differential lock valve (13)
Power from the diesel engine is sent from the flywheel to pump drive (6). Pump drive (6) drives one implement pump and two power train pumps.
Front power train pump (10) and rear power train pump (7) send hydraulic oil to the power train system. Rear power train pump (7) sends oil to rear travel motors (14) and front power train pump (10) sends oil to front travel motors (5) .
Oil from the power train pumps flows through the differential lock valves to the travel motors. The differential lock valves control the flow of oil to the travel motors.
The six wheel harvesters are equipped with the following components: all wheel drive solenoid valve (4), all wheel drive valve (9) and neutralizer valve solenoid (1). These valves control the oil flow from front power train pump (10) to front travel motors (5).
