New Muffler, Stack, And Clamp Installed On Some Backhoe Loaders

Usage:

BACKHOE LOADERS416C (1WR, 4ZN, 5YN),
426C (1YR, 6XN),
436C (1FR, 2AR, 8TN),
428C (2CR, 8RN),
438C (1TR, 2DR) BACKHOE LOADERS

Problem:

Changes to the 7E-4642 Muffler Group and 7E-4643 Muffler Group including a new muffler assembly, tubing clamp, and extension pipe have been installed on some backhoe loaders to provide field validation. The effectivity of this change is listed in Chart 1.

Solution:

In event of failure, rework the muffler group using current serviced parts including the 133-3260 Spacer.
