Problem:
Some 428C and 438C Machines were built with insufficient sealing between the roof and the top of the cab.
Solution:
If you have one that leaks, remove the roof and replace the existing seal with the latest seal. It is wider than the earlier type. It must be placed in a continuous run and must overlap the edge of the cab by 15 mm, to ensure it is trapped when the roof is refitted.
