NOTE: | This Containment Program can be administered either before or after a failure occurs. In either case the decision whether to apply the Program is made by the dealer and service rep. Obtain the service reps Goodwill Approver Code before completing the repair. EAME dealers should use their standard Industry Group specific goodwill approval codes. The Goodwill Approver Code must be included when submitting the claim. |
NOTE: | When reporting the repair, use "PS90964" as the Part Number and "7777" as the Group Number. If administered before failure, use "56" as Warranty Claim Description and "T" as the SIMS Description Code. If administered after failure, use "96" as Warranty Claim Description Code and use "Z" as the SIMS Description Code. |

ACTION REQUIRED
Before or after failure, remove the 351-0626 Sensor Group and replace with a 437-3700 Sensor Group. Refer to the parts list and service claim allowance table for details. This is only applicable to 793F Off-Highway Trucks that have been commissioned for autonomous operation with the Command for Hauling system. For all replacements, prepare a site report. Site report should include truck serial number, date of commission, and a picture of the 351-0626 LiDAR with serial number. Provide this site report with the above information to an appropriate person to have the report entered into SIMSi. |

PARTS DISPOSITION
All Dealers: Hold all 351-0626 LiDARs for 30 days for a possible Parts Return Request (PRR). Make sure to list the service letter program number on the packing slip and include the closed work order paperwork. Handle all other parts in accordance with your Warranty Bulletin on warranty parts handling. If a Parts Return Request (PRR) is not issued to you after 30 days through the Send-It-Back process, handle the parts in accordance with your warranty bulletin on warranty parts handling. |
