Description of Change: The new lamps have an improved service life. Some lamps are too high of candle power, resulting in heat build up in the instrument panel. The heat build up is causing some lamp sockets to melt and fall from the appropriate socket. Usually this occurs with the lamps that are "ON" for extended periods of time such as the differential lock lamp and the high beam lamp.
Adaptable To: The new 7N-5876 Lamp directly replaces the former 9W-2111 Lamp in the master action position. The new 8D-1429 Lamps directly replace the former remaining 9W-2111 Lamps. The new lamps are adaptable to earlier machines listed above.
