Rotated Cylinder Cap Changes Location Of Hydraulic Line To Protect Line On Blade Lift Cylinder Group{5057,5102}

Usage:

120H (4MK, 5FM, 6NM, 6TM, 9YR),
135H (3YK, 8WN),
12H (4XM, 8MN, 2LR, 4ER, 2GS),
140H (2ZK, 5HM, 8JM, 8KM, 9TN, 3AS),
143H (1AL),
160H (9EJ, 2FM, 3GM, 6WM, 2HS),
163H (5AK) Motor Graders

Description of Change: New blade lift cylinder groups replaced the former blade lift cylinder groups.

The cap end port in the cylinder assembly for the new blade lift cylinder groups was rotated 180 degrees. This rotation places the hydraulic line to the rear of the cylinder group to protect the line from damage.

New and former blade lift cylinder groups:
View A. New 132-4926 and 132-4929 Blade Lift Cylinder Groups. (1) New 132-4927 and 132-4928 Cylinder Assemblies. (R) Cap end port.
View B. Former 119-8664 and 6E-1338 Blade Lift Cylinder Groups. (2) Former 119-8665 and 123-3792 Cylinder Assemblies. (F) Cap end port.

Adaptable To: Former blade lift cylinder groups can be replaced with new blade lift cylinder groups, or upgraded with new cylinder assemblies.

See Chart A for machines effective new blade lift cylinder groups.

See Chart B to upgrade former blade lift cylinder groups for earlier and excluded machines listed in Chart A.
