New Differential Lock/Unlock Indicator Light Now Used With H-Series Update{7450,3264,3270}

Description of Change: A new indicator light is now used for the differential lock/unlock feature. The new light has been added to provide the operator with a positive indication for the status of the differential lock. The light is on when the differential is in the locked position.

Adaptable To: The new indicator light is effective with 120H (6TM366, 4MK404, 2AN104, 3GR70, 9FN471, 5FM800, 9YR270), 135H (3YK267, 7MM249, 8WN290), 12H (4XM1396, 5ZM298, 2WR642, 2GS360, 4ER500, 8MN460), 140H (2ZK2392, 8JM280, 9ZN205, 3FR152, 5HM1150, 9TN300, 3AS400), 143H (1AL408), 160H (9EJ510, 9JM350, 3HR30, 2FM400, 3GM80, 2HS350), 163H (5AK156), 14H (7WJ664), 16H (6ZJ331, 3JR36) Motor Graders, and is adaptable to all earlier H-Series motor graders. Use the following procedures to adapt the new indicator light to earlier machines.

Harness Plug (ES models)

Remove existing 2 pin housing on platform with circuit identity 160 PU and 611 PU (to be replaced by item 2). Using 9G-3670 Housing (2) insert 160 PU in pin #1 position and 611 PU in socket #3 position. Remove 498 WH from 149-4354 Wire Assembly (4) and insert in socket #4 position of new housing. Plug 4 remaining holes in new housing with 9G-3695 Plug (11).
