The new ring is 2.362 mm (.0930 in) thick and will give longer service life than the former retaining ring.

The new 068-4860 Ring is a direct replacement for the 6V-7644 Ring. The 068-4860 Ring will be supplied with new 6Y-4340 Wide GraderBit Assemblies, 6Y-4339 Standard GraderBit Assemblies, 105-5180 Penetration GraderBit Assemblies and 105-5183 Sharp GraderBit Assemblies as old inventory is depleted.
