Usage:
start by:
a) remove front wheel bearings and Duo-Cone seals
Do not activate the brake after a front wheel and drum have been removed. If the brakes are activated with a brake drum removed, oil pressure in the expander tube can cause the torque bars, retractor springs and/or linkage linings to move out with enough force to cause damage to parts or personal injury. |
1. Disconnect front brake hose (1).
2. Remove brake lining frame retaining bolts (3) and collars (2).
3. Remove brake frames and linings (4) as a unit.
4. Remove brake expander tube (5) from anchor (6).

5. Install the brake expander tube over the anchor.
6. Install the brake frames and linings as a unit.
