Service Air Reservoir (Lower)

Usage:

Remove And Install Air Reservoir (Lower)

start by:

a) remove cab rear cover

------ WARNING! ------

To prevent possible personal injury do not disconnect any lines from the service air reservoir before all the air pressure has been released from the air system.

--------WARNING!------

NOTE: Put identification on all lines to be disconnected.

1. Disconnect line (2) from lower service air reservoir (1).

2. Disconnect service air outlet line (4) from fitting (3). Disconnect service air outlet line (5).

3. Remove four bolts (6) and (7) under the cab that hold the tank in place.

4. Remove lower service air reservoir (1).

5. Put lower service air reservoir (1) in position behind the cab.

6. Install four bolts (6) and (7) that hold the tank in place.

7. Connect service air outlet line (5). Connect service air drain line (4) to fitting (3).

8. Connect line (2) from the upper service air reservoir to the lower service air reservoir.

end by:

a) install cab rear cover
