Governor Air Reservoir

Usage:

Remove And Install Governor Air Reservoir

start by:

a) remove cab rear cover

------ WARNING! ------

To prevent possible personal injury do not disconnect any lines from the governor air reservoir before all air pressure has been released from the air system.

--------WARNING!------

NOTE: Put identification on all lines to be disconnected.

1. Disconnect line (1) from the upper service air reservoir.

2. Disconnect two wires (3) from the air reservoir low pressure indicator switch.

3. Disconnect three lines (2), (4) and (5).

4. Remove four bolts (6) and (7) that hold the governor air reservoir in place.

5. Remove governor air reservoir (8).

6. Put governor air reservoir (8) in position on the floor behind the cab.

7. Install four bolts (6) and (7) that hold the governor air reservoir in place.

8. Connect three lines (2), (4) and (5) as shown.

9. Connect two wires (3) to the pressure switch.

10. Connect line (1) to the upper service air reservoir.
