Usage:
1. Use tooling (A) to lift the front of the truck until most of the weight is removed from the wheel.
2. Loosen nuts (1).
3. Use tooling (A) to lift the truck until the wheel is off of the ground.
4. Use a lift truck as a support for the front wheel.
To prevent possible personal injury be sure the tire and rim are correctly fastened to the lift truck. |
5. Remove the nuts and washers and remove front wheel (2). Weight of the front wheel is approximately 1100 lb. (495 kg).
6. Put wheel (2) in position on the hub with a lift truck or a wheel loader.
7. Put 2P2506 Anti-Seize Compound on the threads of the studs and the faces of the washers.
8. Install the wheel, nuts and washers. Tighten the nuts to a torque of 890 ± 40 lb. ft. (1210 ± 55 N·m).
